Visit Park's apexart Resident Page

Park Nung Saeng (b. 1971) studied at Chungnam National University of Fine Arts as a Painting major. At the time of his apexart residency, he is a PhD candidate studying art at Seoul Women's University. In 2007-2008 Nung Saeng completed his sixth residency at the National Museum of Contemporary Art, and has been an active exhibitor at the museum. Between 2008 and 2011 Nung Saeng has also completed residencies at the National Museum of Contemporary Art, China, and the Seoul Museum of Art. Currently, he works with the Seoul Foundation at the Geumcheon Arts Factory working as a resident artist.

Park Nung Saeng's residency is part of an experimental exchange between Seoul Art Space _Geumcheon and apexart, following a cultural model rather than a traditional studio based program.
